Welcome to our trainer who is a Physical Training Instructor with over 10 years’ experience. He qualified as a PTI whilst serving in the British Army and has since continued to develop his skills, maintaining a high level of fitness whilst providing advice and tuition to others. In addition, he also successfully passed the Close Protection Course where he was trained in close quarter battle and unarmed combat techniques. This led him to operate in a number of hostile environments including Iraq and Afghanistan. So he is all too familiar with the importance of working under pressure and knows what it is like to be pushed to your physical limits as he explains in our interview with him.
