BAMMA has just released a 'What Is MMA?' beginners video guide, continuing with their commitment to show and promote the sport to MTV viewers.
With highlights taken from the BAMMA promotion, including a brief look at some of the terminology used, we see matchmaker Jude Samuel and commentator Pierre Guillet talking about what some of the martial arts disciplines are, the judging criteria used and most importantly how fighters can win.
